Personal question on penis enlargement?
I have been feeling insecure about my apparent shortcoming in the penis size department. Lately, I have decided to take action.
I researched on some methods to improve penis size and came across a site showing an easy penis enlargement exercise. I just wanted to ask if you guys thought this was safe:
1) Put a hot wrap on your penis for 5 minutes
2) Stretch your penis for 5 minutes (ten 30 second stretches)
3) Jelq your penis for 10 minutes (two hundred 3 second stokes)
4) Put the hot wrap on your penis again for another 5 minutes
5) Do 50 kegels on your penis (5 second holds each)
IMPORTANT: Do this on a 2 days on/ 1 day of rest schedule for the best results.
