looking for free cosmetic surgery and cosmetic trials?

im not sure where else to look ive googled but nothing
i want to participate in free (or i get paid) cosmetic surgery trials. im not sure where to apply though
interested in weightloss drugs and programs, lipo etc everything bar breast enhancement interests me
im in Melbourne Australia btw

does anyone know where i can apply for this kind of thing here

i didnt mean litterally only plastic surgeons i was asking for drug trials as well and cosmetic trials not nescissarily likt fake boobs and tummy tucks

all these products were tested before they were sold anyhow, the first boob job wasnt paid for it was a clinical trial which is what i was looking for
things that arent available as of yet

For plastic surgery, you would be hard-pressed to find clinical trials. For one, new technologies like implants do not go through the same approval practice as drugs. There are no paid clinical trials. In my field (neurosurgery) we use newly developed implants quite a bit, and they are not put in for free. The patient pays to have the implant put in. The only type of plastic surgery you could get for free, are charity cases for the correction of something like cleft-lip and palate that many specialists will do for the poor and indigent.

As to drug trials and such, they would most likely be done by the company developing the new drug etc. Your best bet would be to contact/research companies that make cosmetic products and see if they have any trials in process or soon to be started.
