boob enhancement remedies? girls?

im interested in increasing my boob size a little bit. im a 30A, small, i know. and i heard that massaging your breasts and applying a hot compress or a hot water bottle to them daily helps, as well as eating herbs such as fenugreek, red clover, saw palmetto and wild yam, and even rubbing wild yam lotion on them as well? Is this healthy for me? I’m pretty young. Do these remedies actually work?

I have tried fenugreek and saw palmetto with little difference in my bust size. What helped was exercises that focuses a bit on the muscle tissue under the breasts. I had one of the girls at the gym show me some. Nothing fantastic as far as an increase maybe half a cup but it didn’t involve surgery.

Another girl at work clued me in to silicone breast pads that you wear in your bra. I ordered a pair just to see. Talk about an ego boost when I wore them out for an evening. Though trying to talk to some of the guys that are fixated on your chest is a bit hard .

About two years ago there was a Scientific study of putting suction to the breast to enlarge it. The doctors in the study said they had some positive results but you need an expensive pump and wear the cups like 14 hours a day for about three months. I would keep my silicone breast inserts before having a permanent hickey on them.
