Why won’t my boobs grow?

I have taken supplements but they have not given me a cup size larger. I take birth control and have taken it since I was twelve and still no results. Also, I started my period when I was eleven. The supplements help a little but no major results. I am very active and do two sports, which are both high impact, high endurance sports. I run track and cheerlead, so maybe thats why my breast development has been on hold? I’m really not sure what else I can do. I’m a young sixteen (meaning I turned sixteen after most of my class) and I’m going into my junior year of high school. likee, thirteen year olds have bigger boobs than I do. WTF? anywayy, would chest exercises work or something? I also looked into best enhancement pumps but I’m it will produce mounds of scar tissue and not breasts.

It’s ok. I remember when I was sixteen (I’m 22) I hated my breasts. I stopped growing in height by the time I was like 13 but my breasts didn’t really grow until I was about 17 or 18. After I had a child I grew a cup size (after I stopped breastfeeding). Now for the past year my boobs stay swollen half of the time (2 weeks before I get a period then they de-swell for two weeks afterwards). Don’t worry, more than likely your boobs will start to grow some more. Your body will change as you get older. On the other side, some women never get very big breasts. In this case you can shop for a good bra to enhance your breasts or if you want to have surgery to enhance your breasts then you can find a good surgeon and talk it over with him, but I’d wait a couple more years first to see if you will grow more.
