Saline or Silicone implants?

I’m thinking about getting a breast enhancement and I’m just starting to do the research. In my area silicone is-$4995 and saline is-$3795 which is a $1200. Price is no factor I just want a great job. Also the dr is renowned for his technique of hiding the incision in the armpit. This is called the endoscopic breast augmentation and can be utilized for either saline or silicone implants.

Im not looking for any judgement on how I should love my body blah blah blah just your honest advice. Especially if you’ve had this procedure done. Thank you in advance

largely depends if you want them over or under the muscle.

If under, doesn’t really matter-go with what u feel comfortable with. They will both feel a bit harder under muscle but give nice result-factors to consider when u raise your arms etc, muscles flex so therefore so does implant and moves-unless u work out heaps not a major factors natural boobs move anyway-but if u work out, muscles get firmer can squish implant into funny shape and there is a weird phenom that they appear further appart, ie can drive a truck between cleavage.

if over the muscle it matters heaps more-silicone feel and move more naturally, and are less likly to ripple, saline look great for awhile but may need more upkeep due to sagging, having children etc, as rippling will increase.

Another factor to consider is say u had a car accident or bad fall-saline can pop and deflate-could u afford to get it fixed strait away and handle one or two flat strange boobs till you do-even if shell on silicone breaks, as it is a cohesive gel-u prob won’t even notice.

I chose overs silicone 5 years ago and friggin love em!!!
i had it done when i was 21, then had a child, they got soooo massive during preg skin streched and they sagged a little-look way more natural now, steel feel great, tiny bit of rippling due to skin stretch.

Remember there is no right answer, depends on your body type, thickness of skin, amount of chest fat-ie really skinny on chest-more fake looking more ripplying if over, preference, does your weight go up and down, pre or post baby etc

Talk to surgeons that do both overs and unders, silicone and saline. If a surgeon only offers one type they will say their way is better-usually as they are not skilled enough to do both.

boob jobs are rarelly a once only event u may need it redone in 2 years, 5, 10 or never-it is a huge decision.

only get it done if u can live without them being “perfect” bodies are not perfect, results on boob jobs change over time. Mine are nowhere near as good pre baby but they were better than what i had, made me confident and feel womanly and in proprtion and i love them anyway!
