Tell HER to not self-medicate! Hormones can be dangerous and even fatal if not used correctly.
Also if the NHS (assuming this is England) finds out she’s been self-medicating they may refuse her treatment because she is liable to not follow the programs rules.
Lastly, herbals are a waste of time and money. They are can be dangerous and cause live damage. Not to mention if she stays on them they will compete for the same cellular receptor sites as hormones. Meaning they can be counter-productive.
Tell her to have patience and follow the rules. If she can’t do that she needs to go “private” and pay her her own treatment.
