How do i get my breast to look more perkier?

I’m 13 i wear a 34c cup and no I don’t have low self esteem i just want them to look better to (ME),i heard that wearing bras to sleep make ur breast look smaller(is that true) i also heard doing exercises makes them bigger as well but that cant be true since breast don’t have muscles right?

Anyway i don’t want anything that has to do with going under the knife, cream enhancements,or things like that (just something or some process that will help my breast grow or look a bit bigger)

Wearing bras to sleep in is actually bad for you. Your breasts secrete a fluid, you might notice the residue on your bras if you don’t wash them often enough. This is a toxin that needs to be released and wearing a bra too much holds it in. When my mom had breast cancer the doctors told her that having slept in a bra for years could have contributed to the cancer. I used to be a 32B and when I started on birth control I went up to a pretty full C. Pretty nice for me, I feel better in my clothes now. I just bought the new Victoria’s Secret push up bra and it’s amazing! It’s so comfortable and it has a ton of padding to push the girls up. I’ve done so much research on creams and supplements that claim to make your breasts grow bigger. I would say about 90% of the information I have gathered is negative. There is a muscle underneath the fatty tissue which is the actual breast. It is what connects your breasts to the wall of your chest. You can exercise it to make it more pronounced but it won’t make that much of a difference. It’s really easy for that to give you a manly look from having a broader chest. The good news is, your breasts really don’t stop growing until about your mid-twenties. If you’re only 13, I’d bet money that you still have quite a bit of growing to do, and the majority of it will be in the next year or two. Be patient. You’re beautiful the way you are!
