Is a runny nose/phelgm a sign of early pregnancy?

I’ve missed 2 periods (Missed pills in my last 2 packs). I tested 12 days after my first missed period – it was NEG. For the past 3 or so weeks, I’ve had a constant runny nose, and sneezing up phelgm? I’ve read its possible, but has anyone experienced this? I haven’t had breast soreness/enlargement, nausea, etc?
