Is D cup too big for 5’3″?

I’m 25yrs old female(fake name there obviously), and considering to undergo breast enlargement surgery next month.

I am currently small B size and I am considering either full C or D…
I normally wear bras that pushes up my size to C, so I am wondering going for D is just a small difference from my normal outlook from now? or is it gonna be a totally obvious change?

I will be going for sub-muscular and I am not sure if it will make my breast look more natural or not…

I’m 5’3″ and I’m curvy at hips (too big butt size 28) and slightly chubby legs but thin waist(25) and small boobs..
I’m so triangle..hahah…

well i’m 5’5 and a 38DD. A full C is fine, plus at that size i remember i could find a bunch of really cute cheap bras. its so hard to find them in my size now. but if your not too worried about that, then no, it shouldnt be too big. im curvy too. you can always trying on a D cup in a changing room and put a shirt over it to see what it would look like.
