Has anyone had cosmetic surgery in Brazil? What was your experience?

I’m looking into getting breast enlargement/augmentation surgery. I heard that Brazil is a great place to get it done. What was your experience? Worth it or just get it done here in the USA?
I’m 34A and they are not “perky.” It’s embarrassing because I’m a size 2/4. I cannot take my clothes off in front of my BF. I get so jealous when I see him looking at other women with lovely, “normal” breasts. Even without him, I want to look better for myself when I see myself in the mirror.
