breast enlargement without surgery?

im 20 years old and not even an a cup. i don’t want to have to resort to breast augmentation surgery, for one it is expensive and two it looks fake. is there anything i can do to stimulate breast growth? i am already on the pill and it hasn’t done anything. i’ve heard that stimulating nipples makes milk and therefore makes your boobs grow? is this true? also ive heard that the creams and pills don’t do anything.

You do not need to resort to surgery. For one it’s not worth it anyway. For two, there are some natural options. I was just like you as far a size. I wished I was bigger, I was self conscious, but in the end it doesn’t really matter, I liked me for me. I found a husband who loves me and doesn’t care what size they are.

I would recommend you try Breast Success with the option of exercises and breast massage along with it if you are really wanting to try something. I wouldn’t trust just any enhancement supplements though, beware.

For exercise basically all you need is a couple different pectoral exercises. These work the muscles that lie under the breast tissues and help support and perk them up. This contributes to fullness. When exercising pay attention to your form and make sure you can feel the chest muscles (pecs) working and contracting. As your breasts increase in size it becomes more important to have a properly fitting and supportive bra. This prevents the ligaments and connective tissue from being stretched out. Also wear a supportive sports bra when exercising.

I don’t think that there is anything to the nipple stimulation…at least not from milk production. You don’t produce milk unless you are pregnant or needing it for breast feeding. Though after getting married and my breasts getting handled more, I personally did see a slow increase in size even before trying anything else.

Best of luck. People may say this doesn’t work. And yes I agree in the grand scheme of things it doesn’t matter. We as women get an unhealthy attitude about our looks, we need to like ourselves for what we have. But I find this does work. Results vary from woman to woman, and genetics still play a role. And as will all natural things aren’t instant fixes.

Your self esteem shouldn’t rely on the size of your breasts. That really doesn’t matter one bit. If someone is going to like you it needs to be for you and not for your physical attributes. And you need to like you for who you are. Don’t get obsessive about how you look in any aspect.
