Breast Enlargement Estrogen Cream

does anyone know about premarin?? for breast enlargement?

i am a 18 year old with small breasts so i went to the doctoer and she told me to put premarin cream on my breasts although it says vaginal use (and topical) im still worried. did anyone try this? it supoose to have estrogen in it. she also prescriped me pills called aldactone,. im worried i can get breast cancer. did anyone succed with these products?
