Breast Enlargement Herbs For Men
Male breast enlargement herbs, and where are they available?
I was wondering if herbs such as Saw Palmetto and Fenugreek are common to find in herb stores?
Also, I know those herbs are usually for women, but they should work for men as well, right?
By the way, I live in Europe, if that changes anything. Sweden, to be more specific.
Are you trying to grow breasts or pecks? Breasts are primarily fatty tissue while pecks are muscle.
If you want man boobs then try less exercise and eat more. Most herbs have little or no known medical use (Sadly). If you want pecks which would be better on a man then try working out and hitting the gym. To work chest try wide grip bench press with a combination of shoulder and arm workouts.
