Breast enlargement with fat transfer?

If you get breast enlargement by translplanting your own fat into the breasts instead of silicon or saline implants, will the fat only make your breasts larger or will they make them stand up like the saline implants would? My breasts are C cup but they sag horribly because I developed them quickly (I’ve had them since elementary school and now I’m 15). I was thinking about saline implants but if the fat transfer could give the same results, I’d rather do that. Please post info. Also before and after pictures if possible. Thanks.

I don’t think you would be a candidate for plastic surgery until you are an adult. And no fat transfers are not done for sagging breasts. There is a way to move up your breasts by making a keyhole incision and lifting up your breasts. But like I said you will probably have to wait till you are more mature before you are a candidate. Also you will want to start saving up money as it is an expensive procedure and insurance will not cover the procedure…
