New Penis Enlargement Procedures

Male reconstruction possible for me?

I was born paralyzed from the waist down with a bit of a disfigured penis. I’ve looked into enlargement surgery but as I understand it, that only lengthens a penis by an inch or two.

I’ve also heard of gender reassignment surgery, how women can have penises constructed. Would this be possible for me, to have an entirely new penis constructed? Whether or not I could receive one that works, is it at least possible for me to have one that LOOKS normal and of decent size? What would this type of surgery be called and how can I find a doctor/hospital who would perform such a procedure?

Dr. Gary Alter, from dr. 90210 tv show, is supposed to be one of the top rated surgeons for penile reconstruction and such.
