Non-surgical breast enhancement, does it work?

My wife wants non-surgical breast enhancement. I am all for it except I worry about side effects. Are any women on here that have tried it?

Well, no (you didn’t say what she had in mind) the only thing that works is some sort of gel filler that is injected, which costs loads and is reabsorbed by the body after a few months. It costs basically the same as surgery, I don’t see the point. Nothing else except surgery exists to make breasts bigger unfortunately.
