There are a number of people that think that the penis cannot be increased in size because it contains no muscle. This theory is wrong. There are a number of tribes who practice stretching and traction on various body parts such as the mursi and surma tribes who use stretching techniques to increase the size of the lips and the kayan people from Thailand who use rings to elongate their necks.

So in theory the same stretching exercises should work on the penis!

One of the best penis exercise clinical trials was carried out in the late seventies. The trial was based around the jelq exercise. Dr Brian Richards conducted the study and found that over 80% of the subjects saw gains of up to an inch and a half.

Penis extenders work in the same way as penis exercises, again there are those that say it work and those that don’t. A clinical trial was carried out on the SizeGenetics Extender. This was presented at the 1st international interdisciplinary symposium on Genitourinary Reconstructive Surgery held in Barcelona.

This study was carried out on men between the ages of 23-47 years old and was held over a 24-week period. The first two weeks a traction force between 900-1000g was applied to the penis the following weeks a traction force of 1200-1400g was used.

The results were amazing to say the least. All subjects saw gains up to 1.1 inches in erect length and 0.75 inches in flaccid length.

So in conclusion. Exercising the penis either by using hands or an extender do work. Genetics may play an important factor in penis-enlargement as it does in bodybuilding but you can’t really argue against the clinical study result.
