Is he trying to tell me something?

My supervisor is acting weird. We both have SO’s but he seems to make several suggestive comments. He also acts really nervous around me…even “giddy”. Maybe he’s just comfortable around me, but I notice way too many comments, such as singing suggestive lyrics that happen to come on the radio when I’m with him, or joking about penis enlargement emails that he hates to get. Its almost to the point where he brings up sex in some form each time I’m around him (usually by talking about someone else). One day he’s cold, the nexts he’s super friendly around me, even asking me to lunch (which is fairly normal). It doesn’t really make me uncomfortable, I just find it strange. I could name a whole list of other things including the way he flaunts himself around me. Usually one accidental touch a day too…which had never came close to happening in the six months I’ve known him…just started in the past couple of months. Am I missing something here?

I think he has a little crush on you, it’s even possible his home life isn’t going that well and he is checking to see how yours is going. Stop accepting invites to lunch for a few weeks and see if he changes.
