im 14 and having weird puberty symptoms?

hi im 14 and i think i just started puberty, pubics hair has grown at the base of the penis and is spreading outward.. however, i ve not seen any enlargement of the testicles, my feet got big as did my shoulder, my voice got a little deeper, but i didnt get my spurt yet..i have hair on my arms and legs ass well..my question is: ive been feeling sick lately, not like cold and flu syndroms but dizzy spells, throbbing of legs and arms and my back,headaches, nauesia, etc…i was wondering if this could be due to a rise in my testosterone level??(and no i dont have and cold symptoms such as runny nose, couphing, vomiting, so i kno its not a cold)

It might be due to the sudden growth spurt and hormone imbalance. You may have an imbalance in your cholesterol level, but there’s no telling.
