Penis enlargement surgery question?

I just received my hefty settlement check from my court case against a major cigarette company. I plan on spending the money on getting a giant penis (I’m hoping when I’m flaccid it will be long enough that it will peek out of the leg holes when wearing a pair of standard boxer shorts and when I’m erect it will thick enough that I won’t be able to insert through a toilet paper roll).
