Penis Enlargement That Works Permanently

Penis enlargement help?

My husband has anxiety when we have sex because he feels like he isnt big enough, and he feels like I will think that too. I constantly tell him that i think his size is great and that he shouldnt worry, but i know he cant help it, and the problem isnt going to go away until something changes to make him feel better. He is approx 2″ long when not hard and approx 4″ long when hard. Im wondering if you can help me with some of our options here…we live in Michigan and we have really great hospitals and surgery centers here but i cannot for the life of me find somewhere that does penis enlargement surgery (phalloplasty). My husband also talked about getting one of those penis pumps but we arent sure if they will actually work. he really needs something that will make him longer permanently. any suggestions??
