Is hanging a good penis enlargement method??!?
Ok I have already tried the extender fron X4 labs, and jelqing. I was wondering if hanging is a good method to gain length. Hanging involves wrapping your penis and suspending weights for 20 minutes at time. I want to start off at 2lbs and add a pound every week or so until I reach a comfortable limit. Im 7.4 inches in length.
It’s a excellent method actually but its reserved for last resort if all other methods have failed like jelqing and using the ADS (all day stretch) device. Hanging is a very advanced method to acquire length and I highly discourage you from attempting it since you are new to it. That length is good enough anyway and the results are not permanent. The expansive tissue of your ligaments will just retract back if you stop hanging so it will be a waste. Stay happy with your tool, its large!
