Breast enhancement cream (Natureday)?

Doe anyone have any experience with Natureday breast enhancement cream, or any breast enhancement products for that matter. Now before you jump down my throat and tell me it won’t work and to be happy with what God gave me, it’s easier said than done. I have tried for years to ignore the desire to have bigger breast but it seems like it only gets worse. I feel so inferior and self conscious when wearing dresses or low-cut tops that I actually avoid them just so I don’t have to acknowledge how little I really have. I’m a 34A and I don’t even fully fill out the cup. Im tired of feeling this way and I just want a change so please if you could just give me some advice. And please don’t say surgery because that is far too drastic, and don’t say push up bras cause I don’t want to Look like I have bigger breasts I want actually Have bigger breasts.

Breasts develop in your teens and early twenties, and can increase in size with hormonal, weight and life changes. If your breasts have started to develop then there’s little to increase breast size other than waiting for normal growth.

The only way to see significant and permanent increase in size is plastic surgery, this is no more drastic than anything else, either way you’re trying to fix something that isn’t broken…your breasts are fine the way they are, nothing you do to try to increase breast size will fix your low self-esteem.

Breast enlargement creams are just oestrogen creams, all they do is cause the ducts in your breasts to increase in size, you will notice a difference but this is no more than what you would experience during certain points in your cycle – your body can create more than enough oestrogen of it’s own, thus adding more this way will have little effect. Speaking from personal experience (yes, I’ll admit I tried this too) the effects of breast enlargement creams are not only far from amazing, the effects are short-term too, they tend to only work the first time you apply the cream, not after that. That’s a lot of money for just a few hours of slightly larger breasts. Herbal methods have a similar effect.

I’d also point out that there are concerns about long-term health risks of breast enlargement creams, mainly breast cancer as you would imagine. Risks are not just from the effects of hormones but also the chemicals in the products (including those designed to get other chemicals down into the deeper layers of your skin), consider most toiletries we use contain harmful ingredients…the regulations and testing surrounding breast enlargement creams are even more sketchy.

You then have options such as Brava, if I remember rightly you are one of the sizes they’re aimed at, you may see an increase, but not much, essentially these methods are the same sort of idea as penis pumps, they require constant long-term use and even then there is only a short-term increase in size because there is nothing physical making the breasts bigger.

Breasts are made bigger by the fat pad which can be increased through weight gain, but the healthiest way to increase breast size is to exercise your pectoral muscles through push-ups and weighlifting, this helps breasts appear fuller. Better posture will make breasts appear larger as when standing straight your pectorals are ‘thrown’ outwards – really give this a try, good posture does make a difference, it also makes you feel and look more confident.

If worried about breast size then the best thing to do is love your body, there’s nothing wrong with your breast size now so it’s how you feel about your body that’s the problem. Yes, it’s easier said than done, but THAT is your problem, so really consider why you feel this way, what it is you think makes larger breasts better and why you feel self-conscious about your body.
